For rare items that must be found, read through the walkthrough and side quest sections of this guide. Below are the most common weapons you'll find along with their weight and damage they can do. The main exception is a staff, which is not used as a melee weapon. Damage and speed of a weapon is determined by its strength, the material it is made of, the weight, and the skill of the character wielding it. Weapons are made from a variety of materials, such as common Steel, to less common Glass. War axes and maces are one handed weapons, allowing you to take advantage of the added blocking power of a shield, but they aren't quite as strong as warhammers or battle axes. A Weapon is a piece of equipment that can be used to deal damage to any person or creature. Blunt weapons are the heaviest in the game but they do great damage and have, in general, a longer reach than Blade weapons.
